The Independent Methodist Churches have links with a wide number of other churches and bodies.  The denomination is a member of the Evangelical Alliance, Churches Together in England (CTE), the Free Churches Group (FCG) of the Free Church Federal Council (FCFC) and Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (CTBI)

	Some Independent Methodist Churches also have dual membership with the Baptist Union of Great Britain and regional Associations.
